The last couple of days have been kind of un-fair... It was sunny and upper 50's for the last couple of days and it made me realize how excited I was for warmer weather coming soon. It was really refreshing to walk outside and not have to wear 10 layers of handknits just to not have frostbite. I remember what the color green actually looks like in nature and it was sooo fun. I started on a pair of socks for the husbeast and that has replaced the endless sweater in my bag for bus knitting. Speaking of the endless sweater, it is still in pieces.... I haven't had the time to sit still and pay that much attention to anything in the last couple of days, much less seaming a sweater that I really have to pay attention to. But I am hopeful because Tuesday I have the day off and not much on my plate except for yoga that night, so I am hoping that it will be nice and quiet and the cat and I can have a finished sweater for DW by the time its time to go to yoga. I am a little nervous about setting in the sleeves, but I am going to try to have the same attitude that I did when I started to knit. I am just going to jump in with both feet, and use the resources that I have if I need them. Other then that though, I have a hat that just needs a button and another hat that just needs the crown of the hat to be knit... and I have the Fetching that I am working up for Ash that only need to be bound off at the top and have a thumb knit. I was supposed to have these done months ago but they just kind of fell off of my radar. I am hoping that as I am packing things into boxes I can finish a couple of these projects that are sooo close so that they can go to their recipients and be off my needles and out of my worry... I hope that everyone had a chance to enjoy the warm weather as it passed through the country, it's back to cold and windy winter as usual.. boo!
